WZS Group add two more companies to their Canadian Portfolio.

WZSG, the largest temporary traffic and safety solutions specialists in Europe, through its Canadian subsidiary Ramudden Canada Inc. has acquired PGC Traffic Services (PGC) and Municipal Traffic Services (MTS) both located in Toronto.

Ramudden, PGC Traffic and Municipal Traffic Services.
These companies will be integrated into existing WZSG companies, Direct Traffic Management and Dynamic Traffic Control Services and branded under those market leaders going forward. PGC and MTS bring a strong culture and team as a great addition to our company with an expanded geographic platform to service the market better than ever before.

“We are extremely excited to add PGC and MTS to the Direct and Dynamic families, the two companies have a solid reputation with their clients and are highly respected in the industry. This opportunity means we can broaden our work area with new yards in Aurora and Barrie while taking advantage of the quality of service that PGC and MTS are known for ”, says Peter Wehmeyer, President of Direct Traffic Management.

Combined with the scale of the Direct Traffic, Stinson Owl-Lite and Stinson ITS businesses, the addition of PGC and MTS further solidifies the Ramudden Canada platform as the leading traffic management group in Ontario.

“This is an industry shaping day for sure and these companies are a perfect fit for us.”, says Ramudden Canada President, James Delamere.
